Design fault occurred after 3 years
I bought this machine exactly three years ago and it has started leaking. The service repair person advised me that a hole has occurred in the internal hose due to a design flaw that caused the drum of the machine to rub against it. I think it is awful quality for something to wear out after just three years (but of course after the 2 year warranty expired). So incredibly disappointed with this product.

I bought it a week ago and very happy with the purchase. I had not owned a front loader before and was very hesitant always had a top Loader. Very impressed with my new washer. Now time to get me me a LG Dryer :)
