Bought ca 7 years ago. It works fine. Sometimes the sensor seems a bit off and leaves stuff damp that is set on full dry (water collector empty), but just restart. One big flaw though: self cleaning condensing unit. I always wondered how that should be as good as my strong shower cleaning between the small grooves. Within years the dryer started leaking at the bottom rear end. My wooden floor got some damage as it took time to notice this dripping until it ran to the front. Unfortunately the condensing unit is totally inaccessible unless you take all walls down and much more and then is due to fix copper pipe connection hard to reach. Lots of labour hours. The lint filters were cleaned EACH time. But if you check closely, on the sides, they have gaps, they do not close total fine lint shut. Can't as it's plastic and nothing overlaps like a lip and click. So over years very fine lint despite meticulous lint filters cleaning does go to the condensing unit AND the self cleaning seems far from efficient enough over years of regular use. When I have to replace, I will definitely want a heap pump version, but not self cleaning and if, then still needs an easy accessible condensing unit for the occasional manual checking and cleaning possibility by consumer.

Does a good job drying but tends to ball up sheets into a tight wad which is very annoying and leaves the sheets still wet. Maybe this machine should have been designed to rotate in both directions to lessen this problem.

When drying sheets it leaves them in a tight tangled ball every time. Needs a reverse cycle which isn't incorporated in this dryer and is a design flaw in my opinion. Avoid this dryer. When contacting LG they were not helpful disappointingly. Ok for clothes but that's where it ends.
