Fantastic Machine!
I have had the same washing for 10 years now and it still looks new and works like new!

LQ can't possibly have tested this before release
This product seems innovative, but fails horribly in everyday use. Here's a list of things that would have been made different, had the engineers had any sense:
-You cannot remote start the machine without enabling 'Remote start' on the actual machine EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn it on (Just why? Why is it not turned on by default?).
-Some programmes take up to 4 HOURS to complete
-The machine has a really hard time fully drying your clothes
-When using the app to do a remote start, you cannot adjust the programmes (e.g. you cannot do a wash and dry and change the temperature from 40 to 60celcius (when you can do it on the machine, why on earth can't you do it on using the app?)
-The machine has this smart feature where you can delay the end. Nice, smart. Delay the beginning though? Not an option. I would love going to work asking the machine to start in four hours time, but no. Not an option
Please test your products in actual, possible, real-life scenarios. This product, especially its software, is so, so badly engineered.
Good job with too much noise
Unfortunately I'm not happy. Good washing machine and dryer is good with small amount of cloth, the full capacity of dryer comes out very hot and still wet. The most problem is when cycling on 1400 I have to leave the house. Too much noise that I can not stand it any more.
