LG LED TV 55UK6340PTF
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG brand was recommended by a friend. This is an excellent LED TV for its price range. Although a base model , it has the most vibrant, immersive colours and there is no significant loss of clarity at the screen edges. The picture has no noticable delay on free TV channels compared to some other TVS i saw in the showroom with unknown or lesser known brand names. It has reasonably good functuality especially when using wi fi. I highly recommended this TV . If you want the best LG and can afford it, the LG Oled ranges are sensational.
Brilliant LG Smart TV - Brings shows to life!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 55" tv is a new addition for our beach house. I chose LG because the other 4 LG tv's we have have all performed brilliantly.(including an LG 60"plasma from 2008, which is still going strong). This 55" UHD smart tv has an even better picture, great sound and really easy access to apps such as Netflix, Stan and iview etc. It was light and easy to transport and practically installed itself! It brings shows to life and we love it!
Great TV with superior picture quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in need for a new TV, and initially were only considering a competitor product. However, we were quite surprise at the superior picture quality - especially when in store this TV was sitting between two OLED models! The TV is very smooth, colours vibrant and sharp, and the 4k picture is just superb.
There are plenty of apps available which is all that we require.
The only three things I don't like:
1. The positioning of all the sockets on the rear. LG you should know better than place everything on the rear which is inaccessible once mounted. Place on the side please.
2. Connecting the Google Compatible smart TV to Google Home. Apparently it's a known LG-Google issue.
3. The buttons on the remote wore off in 12 months.
