    Locking problem
    This bowl came with my mixer but I can't lock it into the base because the pouring lip connects with the stand. I have to hold the handle while it is mixing to stop the bowl moving slightly and repeated bumping of the pouring lip against the upright stand has chipped the finish on the mixer.

    Bottom cracks when screwed into base
    This bowl came with my mixer. Lovely looking bowl however when you screw it into the base, you can't do so very tightly as it cracks the bottom glass where the thread meets the stand. Kitchenaid were great and sent me a new one but doesn't stop the problem.

    Disappointed
    Love the look of this bowl. I noticed it was cracked after only having it for about a year. A piece has now broken off around the base and the bowl cant be secured onto the mixer.
