    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this around 18 months ago. Worked really well up until recently. Simple and easy to use. Buttons light up when in use so you know what buttons have been pressed The defrost function is great for when you run out of bread and have to use frozen bread and the crumpet feature toasts them just right. Recently the shade dial stopped working so unless we want burnt bread we need to keep it on the lowest shade possible. Currently waiting for the replacement to be shipped under warranty Comes with a good 2 year warranty, just need to register your appliance and keep receipts.
