Nine speeds
With a remarkable nine speeds, this mixer can gently break apart chunky ingredients without turning them to mush. It will also cream your butter and sugar with effortless ease. Changing speeds is as simple as pressing the UP or DOWN arrow on the soft grip handle.
Four attachments
Gone are the days where a hand mixer was exclusively just that: a mixer. The two stainless steel Turbo Beater™ II beaters will handle your cookie dough and cake batter. Use the liquid blender rod for smoothies, soups, or sauces. With two dough hooks, kneading a pizza base has never been easier. The 16-tine pro whisk is ideal for more delicate recipes, such as chocolate mousse or meringue. The beater ejector button allows you to remove any of these accessories with just one touch.
Soft Start™ Feature
Whenever you turn on the mixer, it will begin at the lowest speed setting, even if you were last using it on the highest speed. The speed will gradually increase as you begin mixing. This Soft Start™ technology prevents ingredients from splattering, because food belongs either in your mouth or in a bowl.
Lockable swivel cord
When you’re baking to a tight deadline, you don’t want a cord getting between you and your batter. You can lock the cord into either the left or right side of this hand mixer, for complete freedom to approach your bowl from any angle.
