Excellent service
We haven't installed this tap yet as building not complete.. I was impressed with the quality of the tap when it arrived and the service was extremely professional. Quick delivery and notifications excellent.
Beyond expectations
First thought this was to be an expensive kettle, but having used it now for a few weeks, I am not sure how we managed before. Product quality is first class, and no noise at all from unit. If I was to have one gripe, it was the installation cost which added 50% to the purchase price. Not the supplier's problem, I should have shopped around.
