The Evolution 200 is InSinkErator’s most advanced disposer. This model offers the finest grind from the Insinkerator range, with an innovative 3-stage grinding process. This turns food waste into liquid in the third stage using an under cutter plate. The hardiest food is no match against the Power Booster Circuit which creates a powerful torque to efficiently grind through waste. In addition, the system pulses at a rate of 60 times per second to take care of any jams.
The quietest of all InSinkErator disposers, the Evolution 200 is cleverly designed with an Anti-Vibration Mount to reduce vibration transfer and a Quiet Collar Sink Baffle to minimise noise travelling through the sink hole. This also has an advanced Multi-Layer Insulation design to ensure a peaceful kitchen environment. The extra-large capacity boasts a 1180ml stainless grinding chamber so you can deal with food waste in no time. Powered by a .75 HP Dura Drive motor, you can enjoy greater reliability and longevity with this disposer.
The Evolution 200 is a discreet and convenient solution for disposing of food waste and is backed by a 6-year in-home limited warranty on parts and labour. It will shred and shear the toughest of food scraps at a barely-there volume.
A smarter waste solution
Transporting a chopping board full of prawn heads, onion peel, and meat trimmings to your humble kitchen bin can be a precarious mission. With an InSinkErator waste disposer, simply sweep your food waste into your sink and grind it with the flick of a switch. The ground waste will flow into your sewerage system. No more smelly, overflowing bins.
3-stage grind technology
To ensure smoother waste transfer, this disposer utilises a 3-stage grinding process. The first and second motions are performed by swivel lugs in conjunction with the Grind Shear Ring. For an extra-fine grind, your waste is then subjected to the Undercutter Disk. With this technology in place, you won’t hesitate to sweep chicken bones, eggshells, or banana peels into your sink.
Quiet technology
It’s miraculous that a disposer can work so hard while producing very little noise. InSinkErator achieves this with a Quiet Collar Sink Baffle that creates a thin water dam over the sink opening. Additionally, the Anti-Vibration Mount provides insulation with a rubber cushion, reducing noise transfer between the disposer and the sink.
Anti-jamming measures
If the disposer detects a jam, it will use a Jam-Sensor Circuit to increase the motor’s rotational torque by up to 200%, while also pulsing at a rate of up to 60 times per second. The grinding parts work with an auto-reverse action as a further measure to prevent jamming.
