Poor quality components
I bought this front loader a few weeks ago on recommendation from washing machine repairer.
I bought it from Appliances Online who were fantastic to deal with and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Within the first week (after 3 loads of washing!!) the power button started getting stuck inside the surrounding housing, which stops me being able to start program. If I ease the power button back out, I can start the cycle. While technically not "broken", it is only a matter of time before the button gets stuck altogether.
Also within the first week the machine refused to spin and when I consulted the manual provided, it had virtually no info in it as to how to perform a manual drain. Booklet just states "contact service team".
I did contact the service team and they instructed me how to drain machine and clean the filter. Turned out a tiny piece of tanbark (no doubt in my kids pocket) had jammed the filter. Managed to fix that myself but when I told them about the power button- they stated as per warranty- if there is a problem with machine during warranty period they will not cover cost of service technician.
I queried this and said that if item is under warranty it is their responsibility to fix or replace it. I was advised that it is on a "case by case basis" !!!!!

A good product in reasonable cost
Bought this through appliances online. Best part was the delivery team. They are quick, supportive and friendly. Product so far is also good.
