Each knife in the set features Tech edge blades hand-sharpened to a 26-degree cutting angle and hardened to 55-57 HRC, and a precision-crafted Japanese stainless steel blade for edge retention and rust resistance.
The reverse-wedge, anti-fatigue handles are designed to lock into the hand and reduce slip towards the blade, while the optimised bolster fully protects fingers while allowing full use of the blade all the way to the heel.
