Broken FRANKE sink
Unfortunately, when we opened the box, the sink had a big crack through the draining board. Appliances online quickly organised a replacement sink but when that arrived, it had a chip out of one of the bowls. The sink was very poorly packaged which contributed to the damage. Very disappointed with the quality, as you would expect a granite sink with 50yr warranty to be more sturdy. Ended up getting a refund as they did not have any replacement sinks in stock.
Faulty sink
Our sink has a very obvious bend in it & is unusable. Franke have informed us that these sinks often have bends in them. So if you want a sink that sits flat on your bench this is not the sink to buy.
