Thank you to staff at Winnings for your guidance in my chose of a Franke Gas and Induction cook top. I have the best of both worlds for my style of cooking The controls are amazing being so direct with heat at the precise time The Winnings shop display of quality products was impressive but with Jennys help I got to the right cook top for my needs and style. Smooth and great control heat My family is very happy

Considering such a gas/induction appliance was a tricky decision for us. We'd had many straight gas or straight induction cooktops in the past, and both systems had obvious advantages and disadvantages. So this Franke hybrid of both gas and induction was a leap into the dark for us. The questions were - would it work, and could we survive well with just the 3 hobs (one gas and two induction)? Once installed, the Franke proved very simple to use. For example, it had control knobs for each hob. We thoroughly disliked the finger-slide controls of our past cooktops, so the Franke had this wonderful head start. The gas wok burner is a ripper! The flame seems to be much hotter than previous gas wok burners from the past, and our round-bottom wok receives that very necessary hot flame for essential Asian stir fries. The cast iron trivet is a very solid device. We also soon realised that we really didn't need an army of hobs that come atop gas cookers/ovens. (We purchased a separate AEG oven instead(also brilliant!)). The three hobs are more than adequate, we're so pleased to report. Cleaning is easy, and the Franke is a very smart looking appliance. In all, we are thrilled by our purchase of this hybrid system as well as the superior operating ease. The way to go for us!!
