A loyal customer turned BAD
I have been buying appliances for my business from this company for six years, I bought myself a new washing machine and dryer - LG this month. The dryer is scraping metal on metal. I have been trying for two weeks for the customer service team to replace the dryer and they just keep asking for a video.....which I have sent three times! It is very disappointing that after being such an advocate of this company I am now in a position where I will not buy from them again!

Wow, how modern they look especially as our dryer was 36 years old before dying. Both work beautifully and I'd happily recommend the brand and Appliances Online.
