Easy to work with
Great oven have not had a problem with it easy to use with great functions
TYPICALLY F & P
We bought this unit recently to compliment all our other F&P Appliances. We knew the unit we wanted and decided to source it thru AOL. Good choice.
Had some issues with the Clock and indicator switc
Firstly the service from Appliance Online was amazing. Cant get better.
However there was some issues with the oven from install. The indicator light (the little light that lets you know it has reached temperature) wasn't working. Contact Appliance Online, great customer service, they had F&P contact me straight away. The technician came out. Told me the plate in the front was incorrect and needed to be replace (i.e. the light was working the hold didn't line up). It took weeks to get the part. The tech was back out to replace.
Then I started noticing the oven was tripping. The clock kept going off. The oven doesn't work if the clock isn't set. It was happening every few days (oven off or on) then was happening more and more. While trying to cook a roast for Easter went off 6 times!! (couldn't leave the kitchen - risk coming back to a cold oven)
The tech replaced the clock 2 weeks ago and I have had no issues.
Feels like the entire front panel was faulting to begin with.
The only other issue was the thought the telescopic sliding shelves was included in the oven it wasn't - would be fabulous if Appliance online offered it as an added extra!!
