We own the Falcon 110cm Range Cooker with Induction Cooktop and I can say without a doubt it is the best oven we have ever owned. The stylish Falcon is solid in design and construction with heavy duty doors, solid knobs and a large cooktop. The efficiency of the oven is outstanding with the speed of cooking a world ahead of other ovens we have owned. The Falcon features two oven areas, a griller, 5 induction cooktops and a tray storage area. The large capacity and variety of cooking zones allows us to easily quickly cater for small and large groups alike. It is quite normal for my wife and I to entertain friends by cooking a roast with vegetables in one oven whilst finishing the pre dinner food in the other oven, crisping garlic bread in the griller and having soup warming on the cooktop. The induction cooktop technology delivers 9 different heat settings quickly and efficiently, which makes cooking simple for the whole family. It is also a much safer way to cook with children in the house, as there is no open flame and minimal residual heat on the cooking surface. Cleaning is simple with a cloth or wipe ensuring the whole cooktop is clean and sanitised in moments. The oven powerful but quiet to run and definitely adds to the look and capability of our kitchen. So many kitchens do not reach their full potential due to the choice of poor equipment and it is worth remembering that the kitchen really adds to the value of a house. Once you have owned a Falcon there is no going back, as cooking becomes easier and more fun for the whole family. When the centre of your home is the kitchen and so much joy in life is created there, why would your settle for anything less? It is an investment, but it in my humble opinion definitely worth it!
