Not what I expected
I have wanted a Falcon oven for years and finally decided to purchase early last year. The first oven we received was replaced as it was faulty. The replacement has had a thermostat replaced and is still running far too hot. It’s very disappointing as I did a lot of research and was assured these ovens were accurate. I need a great oven for my line of work, so unfortunately for me it has been a waste of a lot of money.
Took a while to settle in but now is happy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aftersales service was really good. I had a few issues - cooker not level, fan very loud and ignition not working and the guy came and fixed them immediately. It's now working as intended. The cooktop is easy to clean and the Andi people sent me a list of products to use to clean all the different surfaces, which I found very helpful. It does the best roast vegetables. It's not self cleaning and the oven shelves are a bit flimsy, but easily removed for cleaning with the products advised. All problems I had were happily dealt with and the cooker is now a happy member of the family.

The ovens are particularly practical, I use the smaller oven most of the time and the larger or both when entertaining.
