Powered by a 310W direct-drive motor operating at 1350rpm, the grinder delivers an espresso grinding productivity of 1.8 to 2.5g per second and 2.5 to 3.5g per second for filter brewing.
Eureka's innovative SMART Technology incorporates a Burrs' Distance Detection System, allowing users to monitor the distance between the grinding burrs in real time. This provides greater control over grind adjustments, helping achieve repeatable results when switching between coffee beans or brewing methods. The Stepless Micrometric Regulation System provides precise, incremental adjustments without restricting users to preset grind settings.
