Great little machine but the power slide which is actioned by foot, stopped powering up the machine, it just glides from front to back but the cogs aren't actioning the power levels - no power at all. Dainty foot control required!!

I purchased mine March 2020 and it has deteriorated rapidly ever since. The Vac head wheels fall off, turbine head not worth using either as it gets hair stuck around brushes and breaks. The hose kinks and splits, lots of tape needed to attach to the pole and vacuum too as they break off ( three times I have replaced the hose, pole and vac head). The big wheels on the body of the unit are useless as I have to drag it around the house while it also tends to fall over. Now the clips that secure the waste cannister don't click in place so that's taped up too, and the telepole won't stay up. At the moment it is nearly entirely taped up in all the problem areas so that I am able to use it only three years in and after replacing parts three times! Terrible Quality.

I've been using this vacuum for a couple of years now and it still has amazing suction. Its lightweight, and easy to use and far outshines the Dyson vacuums that I had prior to purchasing an Electrolux - would happily recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new vacuum.
