[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the best washer we have ever purchased, in 38 months total power consumption to date has been 603 kwhr. Previous non investor was almost triple. Very reliable and plenty of great adjustments. Do a sterilisation wash every 2 weeks. Only had 2 program issues and these were corrected by starting again
Timer is never accurate
No matter what cycle you choose the timer for the duration shown will always be inaccurate. One instance in particular the cycle I chose went for 35 minutes longer than it was shown to do.
