Used less than 10 times and already E21 error
New, barely used, and have a E21 error message. Have cleaned the filters, no kinks in pipes- and because of the error, unable to retrieve clothes. Would have atleast expected to get a dozen washes before this useless thing breaks.
Before error, lack of control over dryer heat. No manual to operate and not intuitive. Press a button and hope the machine doesn't ruin your fabric in either of its preset washing or drying modes..

Almost has it all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We brought our washer dryer over two months ago runs well love how quiet and efficient it is in wash and care for both our clothes and the machine itself. I do find it is missing some functions and setting on the dial and on the app comparing to our old washer dryer from another company name. If it has these it would’ve definitely received 5 out of 5 Stars
