Was great till it wasn't!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many who have reviewed this machine, we now have a washer with no dryer!
Worked great for a while however with very minimal use of the dryer function it has now ceased to work. No error, runs dry cycle and then (like other reviews) stops the cycle and beeps like it has finished but clothes are still wet. Haven't had someone look at it as it is too costly and fear it will be the same as others where it is now not repairable.
Australia needs to change consumer law to reflect the EU where units require to be repairable for the expected life of the machine. No longer making parts after 4 years is not acceptable for an expensive machine.
My folks had Electrolux for years and recommended the brand...never again.
Dissapointing purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product, dryer function no longer works and come up with error. Now the start/pause button keeps flashing and nothing happens despite resetting, following all the suggested actions to fix it. Very disappointing.
Majority of programs stopped operating
Within a year the majority of program wash/dry cycles stopped operating. Got it fixed under warranty. Then again after few month's same issues started gradually.
