Completely broken down within four years
Purchased in late 2021. Only used 1-2 times a week for a couple. Product has deteriorated similar to other reviews culminating in it producing smoke and being a dangerous situation.
Based on similar reviews, this appears to be a manufacturing fault but the warranty is only 2 years.
Poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our washing machine on 28.01.22. Two person household has now been using it for almost 3 years, undertaking approximately 5 washloads per week. The rubber rim has been perishing for months, and today it was smoking as the motor has burnt out. I do not recommend Electrolux products.
Read before purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite leaving door open and regular cleaning, rubber gets mouldy.
Machine does not handle fabric softener. It builds up on rubber and deposits grime on clothing. Even after cleaning the machine.
