After our old EBM died suddenly after 7 years, we had to replace it with something similar.... Westinghouse and LG were the contenders but we still went with the same after reading reviews and looking at the fridges in stores. The internal layout of the Electrolux was great.
The only problem we ever had with the old one was that the freezer door seal did not seal properly due to the hard plastic ageing? bad quality? unsuitable? This left a 2-4mm gap for a length of 32cm...leading to the motor having to work much harder to keep freezer cold thus making loud noises at times....
Great features.
