I expect quality from Dyson, and this product has exceeded my expectations.
I love everything Dyson, however still did a lot of research (as I always do) before purchasing. I therefore knew that it's a fan and air purifier - not an air conditioner or cooler. Having said that, I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it cools me. Yes, you need to have it nearby, just like with all other fans, but if you do your research you'll know that. I love how it performs and how quiet it is, and the purifying function is great. Also love the app, although it's frightening how bad the air quality is sometimes. No problem - the product cleans up the air quickly. Another hit with me, Dyson!!!

I have this exact machine along with some other Dyson Cool fans (AM07) running alongside your standard air purifier. I would have made the extra investment by buying these purifier machines if I had know how efficient they were.
There were technical on Dyson's end with the Dyson Link as app as a previous customer has complained about somewhere in this forum. I contacted the support team directly who confirmed this with me. They promised to notify me once the issue was resolved by SMS and they did. I no longer have any problems with the Dyson app.
I only have one major qualm with Dyson about their release of new models. They only release new models of these purifiers to certain customers. For instance, our American can buy the latest Dyson Pure Cool Crytomatic while we Australian customers are stuck with earlier models. The new purifier destroys certain harmful chemicals while the TP04 (this one) only captures them. As with the vacuum cleaners, there are new models released regularly to the Australian market. Maybe there is more of a market for Dyson Vacuums than other products. I typically upgrade purifiers regularly and then sell my old ones on eBay. For some reason, Dyson will only releases new models of the products to certain customers internationally.
I have a Dyson vacuum cleaner as well, yet would upgrade my fans and purifiers far more often. I'm just not sure what the business reasoning is behind some of these decisions.
