[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for over 4 weeks and the weather has been very cold. We use this in the bedroom that is about 20sq meters. This heater has worked very well and is quite quick to warm the room up and keep the room at a comfortable temperature all night. I highly recommend this product. It is great value for money and works very well.

I really love the design and technology of the product. However, the settings are quite complicated to use. Even after reading the manual, I still found it difficult to understand. I had to spend a lot of time watching YouTube videos to learn how to use it. I recommend improving the user experience and interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.

Bought two of these 6 months ago as I wanted the ability to program it to run in the mornings and in the evenings. Pros: well protected heating element (especially if you have young kids); nice looking design. Cons: poorly designed user interface where you have to memorise multiple weird button combinations to perform basic functions, eg. child lock, adjust the brightness, set or change the timer etc. The timer that was one of the main reasons we chose this model is cumbersome to set up and adjust, we need the manual every time we need to change it. We ended up never using the timer for this reason. Also, the display light is very bright even on the lowest setting and facing away from the bed, we have to unplug it before going to sleep as otherwise it's too bright. It also beeps loudly even on the lowest setting. The temperature dial is awkwardly sensitive, if you need to go up or down by 1-2 degrees, you have to turn it carefully as it often adjusts in the wrong direction. Maybe Delonghi should have produced a wi-fi/ app operated model instead of this awkward control panel. Overall, we are much happier with the previous model (Dragon 4) that has old-fashioned controls and is much more intuitive and user friendly (never even looked at the manual, it's very straightforward to operate), including the display brightness and the noises. Would not buy again and regret not returning it.
