Disappointing response to a loyal customer
Had a Bosch heat pump laundry dryer delivered on 30 January and out of the box it did not work - with E05-10 error messages. Needs a spare part. As at 11/2/24 I have an email saying there is no ETA for the spare part which is on back order. I have asked for a replacement product twice from AOL with a negative response. Disappointing response for a loyal customer who has purchased more than $7000 product in the past 2 years. Probably also contravenes my rights under the NSW Sale of Goods act and equivalent Commonwealth legislation.
