This has been such a bad dryer unfortunately!
We've had it fixed several times. I've given up now and am buying a new dryer. Such a shame because we bought the matching washing machine too. Total waste.
Terrible
Don't buy this. Whoever designed it has never done laundry in their life. It only turns one way and so sheets and blankets or towels ball up and don't dry at all. Worst purchase.
Disappointment
Having used Bosch for decades, this is without question the biggest dissapointment to date. Yes, it uses less electricity but not sure what the point is when it just wont dry. Hours of running to get a load vaguely dry, stopping constantly because the sensor cant pick up the load and as for its ability to roll sheets etc - legendary!
