Odd size can’t fit in most of the top wall cabinet
Okay, I bought this for my new kitchen last week. I'm a cabinet maker myself and I was looking forward to my new kitchen. Oddly enough this rangehood's depth is 282, with most of the wall cabinets been 300mm(including a back piece of 16mm HMR) you only have 286mm for the rangehood and a print piece what the hell???
Seriously if you want to have your rangehood to be popular you have to think in your customers shoes... really disappointed and now I will have to have the entire wall cabinets remade to accomodate this piece of crap.... really disappointing....
This really sucks!
This undermount style was purchased to suit the kitchen design and a powerful fan to help with induction cooktop generated steam (we have the 80cm flexi cooktop). Even with the motor so close, it is still very quiet. The controls are very easy to use & the dual LED's do an illuminating job. As I've just had this in operation for about a month, I've not yet needed to clean the filters, but they are easy enough to take down. The steam extraction is so brilliant, it sucks! The only bad thing i can say about this unit is that it does occupy a very large amount of the overhead cupboard. Our clever cabinetmaker added two smaller shelves either side of the motor unit, but you have a big amount of nothing. These shelves are handy for storing my Bosch appliance manuals haha and recipe books. Overall, a great unit, very quiet, easy to control & very happy with purchase.
Seriously powerful!
Just started using this rangehood and am seriously impressed by how powerful it is. I rarely have to go past the second setting - it works a treat!!! Easy to clean, and Sleek tucked away, love it.
