Bosch Assist, with PerfectRoast™ and PerfectBake™, uses advanced sensors to automatically set the optimal heating mode, temperature, and time depending on the kind of dish you're cooking. For meat that is never under- or over-cooked, use the multi-point meat probe. This probe will monitor the internal temperature of your meat during the cooking process. With the addition of steam, you can achieve roasts that are crispy outside and juicy inside, and fish that is moist and delicate. You can cook on up to three levels at once without flavours from your dishes intermingling,
Bosch’s EcoClean Direct means cleaning the interior is effortless. This special coating within the cavity absorbs grime and residue, so cleaning just takes a quick wipe down. The oven door is triple glazed, which improves heat efficiency as well as helps to keep the exterior of the door cooler to the touch during cooking.
SoftMove door
The drop-down oven door features Bosch’s SoftClose and SoftOpen mechanisms which enable the door to open and close gently. This not only makes for a more peaceful kitchen environment, but also adds another layer of safety.
EcoClean Direct
This oven is effortless to keep clean thanks to a special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the back wall of the cavity. This coating breaks down grease residue which reduces the time and effort needed for cleaning.
Bosch Assist
Use the simple control panel to select your relevant dish from this menu of automatic programs. The oven will set the ideal temperature, cooking time, and oven mode, depending on your ingredients, for precise results.
Multi-point meat probe
Simply insert this probe into your roast and it will monitor the meat’s internal temperatures. This allows you to carefully keep an eye on the cooking process to avoid under- or over-cooking. Because the probe detects temperatures across multiple points, you get the full picture of your cooking.
