We used it for almost 4 years We had to change the door seal two times as its really soft and after a while will ripped as wear and tear. Each times cost us $400. The engine is not really strong and it has rinsing problem.

Great washing machine. Very quiet. Washes well. Lots of functions.

We have a very small house and renovated last year. We have this machine in a vented cupboard in our kitchen which is a tremendous space saver as we no longer need a dedicated laundry. The machine is a dream to use and we experience zero lint on our clothes, unlike my previous top loader F&P "eco" washing machine! I hardly ever iron anymore as our clothes do not get very creased either :) It is easily the best washing machine I've ever used. I use the dryer infrequently but it's great to have this function when required. Both the washer and dryer are exceptionally quiet, this is very important to us and Bosch have exceeded our expectations in this regard. My only tiny issue is that it isn't possible to save your own washing program. The pre-set programs are very good but mostly use hot to very hot water. I prefer to use cold or lukewarm water so I always have to manually adjust the wash temperature. I use the timer function often, great when you want to use the cheapest electricity tariff. Superb machine and kudos to Bosch for their excellent engineering and design.
