[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this DW for almost 2 years now. It looks good and is quite when in use. Has plenty of room and stacks well. It doesn't always clean everything. Sometimes item need an extra hand wash. Utensils especially.
Program timelight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] According to the user manual the dishwasher should be able to be programmed to show status information on the floor such as time remaining. after attempting to change the setting, found that the the only setting available just shines a round red light on the floor. Very dissapointing.
Otherwise, it does a great job of washing and is very quiet.
Installed wrong and no customer care
I paid extra to get this installed. Unfortunately the person that this company used to install this dishwasher can’t of known what they were doing as they ended up voiding my warranty and making it leak water everywhere. It was under warranty but they meant nothing. Now I have a perfectly fine dishwasher that I can’t use unless I pay $500 for the plumbing to be fixed that the installation man ruined. I’ve tried contacting this company a lot of times. They don’t seem to care or help. DO NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER CARE.
This all happened 3rd December and I’ve given them a chance to help but they just won’t.
