Disappointed
We have used Appliances Online several times and have been so happy with the service. This time I received a phone call letting me know that the item we ordered was okay except the box was damaged. I said that I don’t have an issue with a damaged box as long as the item is okay. Yes I was told the item was absolutely fine. My husband and I unpacked the whole box only to find the last thing we unpacked was so damaged there was no way we could put it together . Upon saying that when I called to let them know they agreed to pick up the item after I sent a photo. Disappointed that the item wasn’t checked but happy with the fact they it was collected.
