Powered by a 23MJ triple ring brass burner, this side burner delivers intense, even heat for boiling, stir-frying, wok cooking and preparing sauces while your main BBQ handles the grilling. The durable cast iron trivet provides a stable cooking surface for a variety of cookware, while the front-mounted rotary control with power level indicator allows precise heat adjustment. Piezo ignition with flame thrower provides quick, reliable lighting without requiring electricity, and the integrated flame failure safety device automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished. Supplied for Natural Gas installation, the side burner can also be converted for LPG using an optional conversion kit.
