[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned this bad boiiiiiii for 6mths now mainly for smash burgers but also pretty well all other food you cook on bbq’s also pancakes which works really well. Now for burgers this thing is awesome you can quite easily have over 10 people eating double smash burgers within 6 mins. Temperature wise get more than hot enough real quick, as for even temperature across the plate it is different all over so I’d say the back is the hottest so I do most cooking there unless I want something to cook a little slower so normally my buns while I do patties at the back which doesn’t bother me. I have also had 2 burners on one side at max and the other 2 off and there was no warping what so ever.. so overall I’d def recommend this stainless steel plate which is thick and will last a lifetime

Pros: awesome surface, the 4 burners allow the whole plate to heat up quickly , perfect for large cook ups. 5mm stainless plate with ribs underneath will not buckle or warp. oil drain to front with easy to remove drain cup. Cons: legs don't adjust so using on non level surfaces requires chocks or similar. a lot of hot air vents out the front which is great in winter but not in summer on a stinking hot day. the lid needs a little bracket to hook it on the back of the bbq while in use so as to reduce splatter on the wall behind it. the gas bottle bracket could be more sturdy, time will tell how it goes. overall very happy with it and performance is great.
