Strongly built tap but many disappointing traits

Bought this tap as I have trusted Abbey products for many years. Unfortunately this tap has left me with a bad taste. The mixer body and outer spout are really well made and feel great to use however the pull out hose is to short and the weight is oversized which catches on everything under the sink. The connection kit that is supplied to attach the hose to the main housing had half the right washers needed to install causing me to customise other non standard size washers. (Lucky I'm a Licensed Plumber) Tap might be at a good price but installation by your plumber will cost you.

High quality product

We had an Armando Vicario tap very similar to this one in our previous home. It was such a good quality product we did not hesitate in buying this brand again. Once again, very happy with the appearance and quality.
