Italian artist and designer Emanuel Gargano was born in Assisi, Umbria. He seamlessly blends 'emptiness' and 'nothingness' in architectural spaces, drawing inspiration from Assisi's nature and culture. While his London studio collaborates with architects and artists, his Assisi atelier embodies a traditional crafts workshop where his fascination with light culminates in a collection of lamps that soften shadows rather than simply illuminate.
