I called AEG to discuss my old rangehood, the service consultant gave exceptional information helping me to make the decision to repair or replace. She was extremely patient with all my questions and had offered different options to resolve my problems. My old rangehood had been deleted The assistant was able to go through the dimensions and features.

Now installed for 18 months. Works very efficiently. Would buy again but probably with Hob to Hood facility.
Love my AEG
I have had AEG appliances in my kitchen for many years. I love the induction and steamer oven especially. It’s exceptional quality and my cooking skills have grown in line with the preciseness of the equipment. Rarely had a problem and when I have ARG have always done the right thing - including send me Totally new induction hot plates even though I believe I was just out of warranty. Superb equipment and great service. Won’t buy anything else.
