This sink is a good shape but it doesn't have a flat edge that allows you to get a good silicon seal between it and the worktop. Instead, hidden behind the rolled edge is a spongey rubber seal which is soft and looks very unreliable as a seal. The second problem is with the overflow. The sink comes equipped with a corrugated tube of quick hard plastic which is mean to connect the overflow to the waste pipe. The tube has to be jammed over the overflow outlet and also onto the waste pipe inlet because it is not equipped with a proper rubber adaptor or even a hose clamp. For a basin as expensive as this I expected a lot more in terms of design and quality of fitments. Now that we've had our stone worktop cut to fit the sink, of course, it's too late to do anything about it. I do not recommend this sink. For this money you can get better quality elsewhere.

It looks good, size is reasonable. Pity about the quality of the stainless steel: after one month usage ours is already scratched. Who would have thought plastic buckets could scratch the stainless steel in a laundry tub? Maybe it should come with a prominent label - easily scratched; use only flat-based (rimless) buckets in this tub.
