The BORA story began in Germany in 2006 when Willi Bruckbauer developed and patented his first cooktop extractor system. The next year, he founded BORA Lüftungstechnik GmbH with one employee. Since then BORA has continued to innovate, offering a variety of kitchen solutions including induction cooktops and teppanyaki grills.
