Who is Canstar Blue?
Canstar Blue is a customer satisfaction research and ratings business with the core purpose of helping consumers make better purchase decisions.
Canstar Blue commissions professional market research companies Colmar Brunton and I-view (owned by Ipsos), to ask Australians about their experiences with purchased products or services. Over 90,000 consumers have been polled on their customer satisfaction across more than 100 categories, rating their satisfaction according to a sliding scale.
Miele success
Miele’s Marketing Director, Gabriella Franklin, is delighted for the recognition.

In the dishwasher category, Miele was given a five-star rating in each of the customer satisfaction ratings, making it a remarkably consistent leader. Meanwhile, their Washing Machines were the clear winners in their Canstar Blue customer satisfaction category.
