Last month, Winning Appliances had the pleasure of hosting a series of Christmas Seafood Cooking Demonstrations for our loyal customers in stores around Western Australia.
Hosted by Chef Ambassador Josh Catalano, guests were invited to an evening of champagne and tasty treats before discovering Josh’s top seafood secrets and tips and tricks for perfecting the ultimate festive feast.
Josh impressed the crowds with his much loved salt and pepper squid, as well as Western Australia Trevally with braised leek and fennel, all demonstrated through the innovative Miele Combi Oven. Guests were then welcomed to sample his delicious dishes – needless to say there wasn’t an empty platter left in the store!
