Smeg March 2021 Cashback redemption terms and conditions

Winning Appliances Smeg 'Claim 10% Cashback' Terms and Conditions March 5th - March 15th 2021 :

1. Information on how to participate in the Smeg 'Claim 10% Cashback' promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Claims that do not comply with these Conditions of Entry are ineligible. By claiming this offer, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Smeg 'Claim 10% Cashback' promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. “Eligible Participants” means residents of Australia who purchase a qualifying Smeg product/s from Winning Appliances during the promotional period. Participants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the Participant must read and consent to these Terms & Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this promotion. Product/s refers to the Smeg products mentioned within Clause 6. The VISA prepaid card value is for the sole and exclusive claim as noted in Clause 5.

3. The Promoter is Winning Appliances Pty Ltd; ABN 94 002 193 688, of 20A Danks Street Waterloo NSW 2017. Any queries relating to submitting claims should be made in writing via email to: redemption@winning.com.au.

4. To be eligible to claim the Smeg 'Claim 10% Cashback', the Eligible Participant must purchase a specified Smeg product/s during the promotional period, (as set out in clause 5 below) from Winning Appliances. To qualify the customer must purchase a product(s) from any of the qualifying groups as listed in clause 6. Claims will not be accepted on Products purchased prior to or after the promotion purchase dates, specified in clause 5. No rain checks. Offer available from 05/03/2021 until 15/03/2021 while stocks last and/or unless otherwise withdrawn or extended. Orders must be paid in full by 10/05/2021 to qualify. Offer does not apply to project or commercial orders or on damaged, display, run-out models or trade stock.

5. Claims in the promotion are valid only for Products purchased and paid for in full between 05/03/2021 and 15/03/2021 (inclusive). Redemptions will be accepted between 05/03/2021 until 15/05/2021. Redeemed Smeg 'Claim 10% Cashback' will be sent out to customers 30 days after the redemption period finishes on the 15/05/2021.

7. Strictly one claim per transaction.

8. Every valid claim received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be awarded the '10%' CashBack of the final price of the qualifying product(s), as depicted in clause 6.

The amount Back will be issued in the form of a VISA prepaid card.

All rewards are subject to the relevant reward supplier's conditions, including the following conditions

which apply to the Visa prepaid Gift Cards:

a.) Visa prepaid gift Cards are issued by Heritage Bank Limited, ABN 32 087 652 024 AFSL/ACL No. 240984

b.) Visa prepaid gift Cards can be used for purchasing goods and services where ever Visa prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). The Card is not a credit card and nor is it linked to a deposit account with us. Some merchants may choose not to accept Visa Prepaid cards.

c.) Visa prepaid gift Cards must be activated within three (3) months of dispatch to a Claimant, as detailed in the instructions that accompany the Visa prepaid gift Card;

d.) Visa prepaid gift Cards are valid until the expiry date shown on the front of the card, after activation. Upon expiration, the gift card will not be available for use.

e.) Visa prepaid gift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash;

f.) Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa prepaid gift Card are not included. This may include, for example, any fees charged by merchants for using the Card, or currency exchange fees;

g.) The Card is like cash and may not be replaced if misused, lost, stolen or damaged;

h.) If for any reason a Claimant does not redeem the entire balance on the Visa gift Card by its expiry, any remaining balance on the Visa gift Card will be forfeited; no notice will be provided prior to expiry

i.) Any unused balance on the Visa Card cannot be redeemed as cash;

j.) A 2.99% foreign exchange conversion fee applies to transactions in any currency other than Australian dollars and is calculated on the Australian dollar transaction amount. This will be included in the total transaction amount debited to the Card.

k.) Redemption of the Visa prepaid gift Cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the Issuer including those specified on the Visa prepaid gift Card website located at http://www.giftcardplanet.com.au/visa-terms where you can also check the card expiry and balance.

9. If a Participant claims the Smeg 'Claim 10% Cashback' offer and later cancels their order, or returns or exchanges within 6 months the Product due to a defect in the Product, in accordance with law and Winning Appliances Terms and Conditions of sale, then the amount refunded or credited to the Participant will be the amount paid for the Product, less the amount Back.

10. With the exception of ordinary Product discounts, in the form of in-store sales offered by Winning Appliances the promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

11. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Claims and amount Backs are not transferable, exchangeable or assignable, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
