Photographs and/or videos may be used in Winning Group materials up to 3 years.
Photographs may be stored in the Winning Group digital library.
The photographs may also be used by other third parties external to Winning Appliances for other purposes. Winning Appliances accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the use of the Photographs and/or video recordings and/or audio recordings by any of those third parties.
Winning Appliances is unable to offer any compensation or fee for its, or a third party’s, use of your photographs.
By submitting the online form, you are acknowledging the intended uses (above) and giving your permission for the photographs to be reproduced without limitation. You also agree not to seek payment from Winning Appliances and release Winning Appliances from any and all liability associated with the use by Winning Appliances, or a third party, of the photographs as set out in this agreement.
