• All floorstock items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
• No holds or lay-bys are available on sale items.
2. Collection & Delivery
• Small items must be taken at the time of purchase.
• Large items must be delivered within 7 days of purchase.
• Delivery is available to Sydney Metro areas only.
• Free standard delivery only. Additional fees may apply.
3. Condition of Items
• All floorstock items are sold in “as-seen” condition.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect items prior to purchase.
• Variations in appearance, scratches, damage, minor marks, or imperfections are part of the floorstock's nature and are not considered faults. Items have been priced based on any variations.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for change of mind or on the basis of the item’s condition once purchased.
• All sales are final.
5. Warranty
• All floorstock items are sold in as−seen condition and may not include the manufacturer’s warranty. However, your purchase is still protected under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a remedy if the product is faulty or not as described.
