Poor handle design
Bought this wok to replace an older Tefal wok that was starting to show scratches in its coating. The main difference was the metal bit on the handle which I didn't think would make much of a difference in its use. However, after cooking with it, I realise the metal bit actually conducts heat from the wok which makes the handle unusable, absolutely ridiculous design by people who obviously don't actually use a wok to cook. Don't buy this wok, find one where the handle is properly insulated with rubber like the older model.
