    Design flaw, no spare parts
    blender worked well for a few months, then started leaking. the blade is a faulty design as many others have the same issue. I ordered a replacement blade 3 months ago, and have just been informed it will be at least another 3 months before I can get one.

    issue getting parts
    I've had this blender for a number of years and it has been fantastic. Recently I suspected the bearings around the blades shaft were wearing. I removed the component and found that the assembly was loose. It had movement in it indicating worn bearings. It has been impossible to get a replacement. I am now months without this (expensive ) blender ...?

    Pretty good!
    I love it. I use it for pretty much everything. Best for cocktails (crushing ice) and blending up shakes with lots of ingredients. A little noisy, but what you expect for a powerful blender.
