    Good blender but blade assembly terrible
    As far as a blender goes it does the job. However after 2 years, the blade assembly needs replacing. It good enough for an expensive blender. Also the part is impossible to get. Would not recommend the product.

    Suddenly stopped working
    I got this as a gift about 1 year ago. We didn't use much as I have a another blender. But today I put blueberries and yogurt and started the blender. It was fine for a while then suddenly stopped working and set off our safety switch. What a!

    Design flaw, no spare parts
    blender worked well for a few months, then started leaking. the blade is a faulty design as many others have the same issue. I ordered a replacement blade 3 months ago, and have just been informed it will be at least another 3 months before I can get one.
