    Good blender but blade assembly terrible
    As far as a blender goes it does the job. However after 2 years, the blade assembly needs replacing. It good enough for an expensive blender. Also the part is impossible to get. Would not recommend the product.

    Piece of junk that leaks like a sieve!
    Have owned this for approx 18 months, with usage perhaps twice a week for smoothies. The blade is poorly fitted, and now leaks at the bottom whenever any liquid is put into the jug, and it makes a huge mess everywhere! I've tried taking it all apart and reassembling, but this makes no difference. There is clearly a massive design fault with this product as I'm not the only person who has had this issue.

    Good function but funny burning smell
    We were given this blender recently as a wedding present and so far have been using it for smoothies, with very good results. It is quite noisy but the large capacity is handy and the pre-wash function effective and labour-saving. My only concern is that whenever we use it there is an unpleasant smell like burning plastic or rubber when the machine is blending. I'm not sure if this is normal for this blender or if something can be done about it. It's not crushing ice or anything hard like that so I don't see why it would be stressing the motor.
