Complete waste of money, failed after 2.5 years
2.5 years old, stopped generating steam, typically 6 months out of warranty. Leaking all over the place and no way of repairing it

i have not found this to meet expectations. drips water, have to go over the item (especially if heavy cotton which our work shirts are) several times to remove wrinkles. disappointing.
