Good washing but the door springs are to ridged.

I installed the dishwasher a month ago. It cleans everything to a satisfactory level, but the door springs are to strong and the door continually springs up when you are trying to load it. Only tip I have is put a heavy frypan on the bottom level first up. It is very annoying I must say.
