Bought this a month ago to replace the Bissell bagless vacuum I bought 18 months previously (which kept on cutting out after 15 minutes of use, despite cleaning its filters!). This Miele one is, so far, much better. Very powerful suction, good accessories, does a great job on cat hair, easy to move around, and small/light. My only reservation is the fact that the bag indicator seemed to think the bag was full after only one use (of about 30 minutes). Surely a bag should last longer than a single use? It doesn't feel full so I'll keep using it for another couple of uses. The bags are also quite expensive to buy, another reason I've given this 4 and not 5.stars.

I have a beagle that I frequently take to the vet/park and even with the dog blanket he sheds quite a bit. No vacuum could get the hair out, but this one does. My car looks (almost) brand new. House takes about 10 mins to vacuum and it picks up everything. Super comfy with the easy retractable cord. Not too loud. Great investment!
